Kansas State Treasurer Welcomes New Employee
Tracy Barngrover joins the Cash Management Team at the Kansas State Treasurer's office.

(TOPEKA, Kan.) - Kansas State Treasurer Lynn Jenkins, CPA is proud to announce the addition of Tracy L Barngrover to the Treasurer's office. Barngrover joined the Cash Management department as an Administrative Specialist. The department is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, recording and depositing of all state moneys and also for the accurate recording of all disbursements made through the state warrant writing process.
Barngrover will be responsible for processing data received and transmitted to the Federal Reserve, communication with bank officials regarding deposit and withdrawal of securities, producing month end reports, and maintaining petty cash and blank bond stock inventory.
Barngrover has worked for the State of Kansas for twelve years. She is a graduate of Washburn Rural High School and received training in Accounting at Kaw Area Vocational Technical School. Barngrover has also attended continuing education classes at Allen County Community College and Johnson County Community College.
